Promotion of African Americans to General Manager for TravelCenters of America
TravelCenters of America promoted a 2nd African American to the position of General Manager in October of 1995. Vinicent Holland became the General Manager of TravelCenters of America's Carney's Point, New Jersey location. Vinicent Holland formerly worked as a Repair Shop Manager at the Gary, Indiana location of TravelCenters of America.
